What is a Transitional Diet?
I always recommend to my clients not to suddenly throw in a diet based mainly or 100% on fruits and vegetables (although this is human specific nutrition, homo sapiens), but to make a gradual transition towards this diet taking into.
What are the Goals of the Transitional Diet?
Through the transition diet we want to:
- Avoid the symptoms of intense detoxification, which can make some give up the only real way of healing.
- Make it easy to reorient your lifestyle.
- Educate people and help them to realize the importance of each thing, so that everyone knows when to go to the higher level of detoxification (the man always has the wheel, he decides).
What are some Foods to Remove Immediately?
Assuming that you are currently on a diet based on processed, denatured, dead and dysfunctional foods, you must first eliminate the most harmful foods, i.e.:
- Cereals and muesli for breakfast
- Sweets and chips
- Processed foods, which come in canned food
- Commercial meat products (ie everything found in the meat district at the supermarket)
- Dairy (everything made from animal milk)
- Ready-made and frozen foods (which are usually heated in the microwave oven)
- Hydrogenated oils and fats, plus low-temperature oils
- Pastry
- Baked and fried seeds and seeds
- White rice and products containing white rice
- Products containing refined flour and refined sugar
- White potato and potato products
- Refined salt
How should you remove these ingredients?
It is preferable to remove all these products immediately. The oil, the rice, the salt, and the white potato (and all the products that contain it) will be the first ones eliminated.
