If the customer is unable to keep an appointment, we ask you to cancel at least 72 hours in advance by phone, sms or email. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the reserved treatment will be charged in a percentage of 50%. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours from the appointment time, the treatment booked will be charged.
